Try ZUMBA!!!

I think you should try this because it will put smile on your face. I have been practicing it for one and a half year. Its something that I'm doing with my friends. For one hour you will burn tons of calories dancing. If you have a good teacher you will have more motivation and enjoy it more.

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s, it involves dance and aerobic elements.
The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. 
The music comes from the following dance styles: Cumbiasalsamerenguemambo,flamencochachachareggaetonsocasambabelly dancingbhangrahip hop musicaxé music and tango
